Deployment Checklist

1. Create a new project on vercel.com and import the EdgeURL repository
2. Set the framework preset to Next.js
3. Set the root directory to the project root (default)
4. Configure the build command: next build
5. Set Node.js version to 18.x or later in project settings

Add all required environment variables in the Vercel dashboard under Settings > Environment Variables. See the full Environment Variables Guide for details.

Critical Variables Checklist

1. Go to Stripe Dashboard > Developers > Webhooks
2. Click "Add endpoint"
3. Set the endpoint URL to: https://edgeurl.io/api/webhooks/stripe
4. Select events to listen for:
   • checkout.session.completed
   • customer.subscription.created
   • customer.subscription.updated
   • customer.subscription.deleted
   • invoice.payment_succeeded
   • invoice.payment_failed
5. Copy the webhook signing secret (starts with whsec_)
6. Add it as STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET in Vercel environment variables

EdgeURL uses three domains. Configure each in your DNS provider and add them to the Vercel project under Settings > Domains.

Verification Checklist

If something goes wrong, use the Vercel dashboard to instantly roll back to a previous deployment. Go to Deployments, find the last working deployment, and click the three-dot menu to promote it to production. This takes effect immediately with zero downtime.
